About me

Minimized simplicity

Authenticity is timeless.

I am an alien studying abroad. I observe. I provoke thoughts. I compile data. The End.

If theres one thing I know its perception is key. I volunteer to bridge the gap between the knowing & unknowing. I want to spotlight the crevices & folds of behavior through genuine research, personal experience, & mindfulness to percolate a higher caliber of self indulgence. This life is a gift and the clock stops for no one, lets cherish it together.

My Story

To date, I have generated over $1 million dollars in health and therapy services. In addition to building income for myself, I educate people like you on the impact of nutrition, fitness, & self care through producing reliable and consistent blogs about personal development.

I was in a fatal car accident in 2007 which could have taken a turn for the worst. I can remember the recovery clear as day. Months of laying in bed wondering if i’d ever have a normal life again. When I finally had the strength to stand I realized my mind was still paralyzed in that moment the car made contact with my body.

In 2010 I made a decision that would alter the trajectory of my entire life by sheer coincidence. I decided to become a Pain Management Specialist to further investigate the detriment of my trauma and decipher the echo of the pain imprinted in my nervous system. Boy talk about biting off more than I could chew.

More than a decade later and approximately 15,000 clients, I can finally say “We are more than capable of changing our lives, but it is only you than can allow it to happen”.

I am here to teach you how to re-learn how to learn for your own benefit. I want to deliver to you the value of being resourceful in a world of free information. If you’re tired of being stuck, then you owe it to yourself to see how we can work together.
